🚀 **v0.1.19 — Anna App / Plugin Embeddings Wiring**

Lands the harness-side integration for the **Anna App / Plugin Embeddings** capability. Both the **iframe direct-call** and the **plugin reverse-RPC** embeddings paths are now wired end-to-end:

- **`anna.llm.embed` iframe route** (llm-bridge.ts)
  - `LlmBridge.handles()` and the static `handles()` now claim `(llm, embed)`
  - `proxyCall` gets a new `(llm, embed)` branch
  - The embed pool and the completion pool are **billed independently but share the same token**

- **`host.llm.embed` reverse-RPC route** (server.ts)
  - Added `host.llm.embed → (llm, embed)` to `HOST_OUTBOUND_ROUTES`
  - Plugin-side `embeddings/create` reverse RPC now routes identically in the local-dev harness and in prod
