The "All" category in Executa Hub becomes empty after switching tabs

I found an issue on the Executa Hub page in Anna AI:

  • When I first open All, the data displays normally.

  • After switching to another category, the page still works normally.

  • But when I switch back to All, it directly shows “No Executa found.”

Logically, switching back to All should display the full list again, but instead it shows an empty state.

Reproduction path:
All → Another category → All
