Hey everyone,
Just wanted to share a quick win I had with Anna today. I had to tackle our product documentation, and honestly, it’s a total game-changer compared to using a regular chatbot.
What Happened
I needed to write documentation (yeah, the boring stuff nobody likes doing). Instead of spending 2-3 days fighting with a chat window, I asked Anna to handle it.
She ended up writing 9 complete sections with me in one day.
Why This Beat Using a Standard Chatbot
-
She actually remembered everything. With ChatGPT or Claude, I usually have to keep copy-pasting the same context as the chat gets longer. With Anna’s Cloud Memory, we went back and forth 20+ times and she never lost the thread. No “remind me again” moments.
-
She caught my mistakes (and fixed them globally). If I give a chatbot wrong info, it just follows along. But when I corrected a feature detail later in the day, Anna didn’t just fix the current paragraph—she updated it across the entire doc. She has a level of context control that basic chat windows just don’t have.
-
No “Copy-Paste Hell.” Usually, I have to upload 50 files or paste text block by block. Since Anna works in a local Sandbox, she could just “see” my files directly on my machine. It felt way more secure and 10x faster.
-
She asked good questions. Chatbots are usually “Yes-men”—they just generate whatever you ask, even if it’s bad. Anna would actually flag things: “Hey, this part seems inconsistent with what you said earlier—can you clarify?” She felt more like she owned the task instead of just generating text.
The Only Thing I’d Warn About
Model selection matters for credit usage. I started with a premium model and burned through credits fast. Switched to a mid-range model like Qwen3.5 Plus for drafting and it was way more reasonable.
