Hi team,
After logging into Anna, I’m getting stuck on the “Preparing your workspace” screen.
It stays at 20% — “Bringing your Cloud Agent online” and doesn’t proceed to the next step, so I’m unable to enter Anna normally.

Could you please take a look and let me know if this is a known issue?
